Fern Catherine Lee Fern Lee founded Wellness Works in 1994, after having been a student of Polarity Therapy and Yoga since 1987, and an educator in health and human services since 1982. Fern lived and studied in Yoga ashrams and holistic centers around the country between 1987 and 1993 before creating Wellness Works. Fern brings her eclectic studies in bodywork, psychology, and spirituality to each Yoga class, creating space for self-nurturance, self-acceptance, community and union with the Divine. The significant stylistic influences of Kripalu and Anusara Yoga can be felt at each level of instruction, best characterized as an inspiring and balanced blend of strengthening and stretching, with focus and heart. Fern continues to study Anusara Yoga with her teacher, Suzie Hurley, in Washington, D.C. She also has a thriving practice offering massage therapy, polarity therapy, reflexology, Cranio-sacral therapy, and the occasional tarot consultation.

Under Fern Lee and other excellent teachers, he explored Anusara and other Yoga traditions, for six years before finding in Kripalu Yoga the compassion and acceptance essential for today life. Eric's primary interest is in teaching beginning students how to listen to their body's needs and respect for it's limitations without judgment or competition. His "Intro to Yoga" classes focus on body awareness, beginning postures (asanas), alignment principals, breath, and relaxation. Exercise is essential to a long productive life.
Eric recently completed 900 hours of training in therapeutic massage and now
